Tasty Tuesday - Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls


2 pkg. Crescent Rolls
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans


Spray 13 x 9 pan with nonstick spray. Place 1 package of rolls in the pan and flatten until bottom of pan is covered. Mix cream cheese, 1-1/4 cup of sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Pour over crescent rolls in pan. Flatten remaining crescent rolls and place over cream cheese mixture. Mix 3/4 c. sugar, cinnamon and pecans and sprinkle over top of Crescent rolls. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Then, incerase oven temperature to 350° and bake additional 8 - 10 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
